Conceptualised by Hermès, this non-public, non-commercial 2,000 sq metre event was a one-of-a-kind experience - designed to embody the maison’s values through a large-scale, immersive client journey. I supported Hermès in translating and executing the creative director’s vision, ensuring the final outcome reflected the brand’s artistic and emotional intent: craftsmanship, quality, and creative instinct - in a singular, large-scale expression of its identity.

01: Artist Management


At its heart, performing arts, this event brought togetehr theatre, fashion, dance and music. A core aspect of my mission involved overseeing the performing arts component, which featured over 120 international artists. 

  • Project managed the creation of bespoke performances tailored to each environment, creating a multi-sensory experience
  • Followed the development of each performance from its conception to its develivery
  • Managed relationships, contract and production aspects

    Coordinated design and operational aspects by collaborating closely with internal creative and production teams, as well as external partners and suppliers.

  • Delivered a 600-guest event in a uniquely challenging and complex setting
  • Acted as the bridge between creative ambition and operational feasibility, ensuring execution aligned with Hermès’ aesthetic and standards
  • Managed relationships and workflows between external suppliers and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and quality control
